Last month I was fortunate to attend The Human Performance Accelerator Lab at NASA with my Worley colleagues. We got to spend time with Astronaut Mike Foreman. His discussion on perseverance was inspiring.

Also, we learned things already known but are always a good reminder to reframe in our current environment. Here are 4:

1. Resilience - Meet the moment, bounce forward, and be hyper focused on the end goal.

2. Agility - strengthen the ability to pivot, have a flexible mindset, and find a position of readiness.

3. Imagination - create space to discuss outlandish ideas, empower collaboration, and be adept at perpetual problem solving.

4. Self-Awareness - prioritize emotional intelligence, become hyper-aware of strengths and weaknesses and be open to sharing these areas, and be an acute, caring listener.
