Last month I was fortunate to attend The Human Performance Accelerator Lab at NASA with my Worley colleagues. We got to spend time with Astronaut Mike Foreman. His discussion on perseverance was inspiring.

A new stage of life appears in so many ways. Transition into a new job where the organization is in a transitional state, transition from the winter running season to the Spring and Summer triathlon season, spending quality time with my Grandson as he transitions from toddler into whatever stage is next, and now the transition of downsizing our home of 20 years into a newer, smaller house.
